  I'm very excited about the new format to the website because it's very convenient for lake home buyers to get the information that they want when they want it (right away!).  One of the features that I love is the New Listings tab.  Yes, I had this on the last version of the site, but those listings were only updated once a day.  Now the page is updated as new listings hit the market.  This is very convenient for me because even if I'm on the road showing property for the day, I can easily click the link on my phone and see what lakefront properties have come up for the day.  To really take advantage of this tool, I recommend bookmarking the page on your desktop and adding it to your toolbar AND adding a direct link to the home screen of your phone.  Doing this allows one click access to the new listings. This can be an extremely helpful and efficient tool for buyers who are specifically looking for lakefront lots or lakefront homes in Northern Wisconsin.
