Adam Gohlke

Adam has been a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Broker since 2003. As the son of a real estate developer there were plenty of opportunities to put the license to work for the family business. In 2007, he moved to Northern Wisconsin to sell property at the family-owned Clearwater Lake development and later established the LLC that became Gold Bar Realty with his brother, Nick. After a few years of focusing on the Clearwater Lake development, they began showing lakefront property throughout the Northwoods. That's when they really started having fun. Nick and Adam immersed themselves in all the lake data they could find to learn the important facts about each of the different lakes. Sharing that wealth of information with buyers soon became their North Star, and it wasn't long before what is now GoldBarRealty.com was born.

Nick Gohlke

Nick is the swiss army knife for Gold Bar Realty. His main role is keeping the website working and looking for ways to improve the user experience. Photography and editing content have always been interests, so he is the in-house photographer for Gold Bar. Last but not least, Nick often gets pried away from the computer to show properties.

Phil Souzek

Phil is a cousin to Adam and Nick and the newest member of the Gold Bar Realty team. After 15 years as an Actuary, Phil can't help but be very analytical and efficient. He will be working side by side with Adam to expedite communication with clients and to make sure that the great listings do not go unnoticed. Together, they will be matching buyer search criteria to the most suitable properties on the market.
