Currently there are 32 lake homes and 3 vacant lake lots under contract
Lower inventory continues to result in lower sales volume from month to month. Even though sales are down quite a bit, the sales are still outpacing the availability as that keeps dropping as well.
Today there are 58 active lake house listings on the market.

31 of the 58 active listings are on lakes with a clarity of 10' or more.
There are 58 active vacant lake lot listings (on lakes at least 100 acres in size) on the market:

It's the holiday season and it's typical for new listings to drop off dramatically and for buyers to take a little break. However, if you're serious about your lakefront property search, don't forget about listings altogether because there can still be some nice properties that hit the market when you'd least expect it.
