Flambeau Lake
Flambeau Lake is an interesting lake. While it is right in town and there are a fair amount of things going on around it, there aren't a lot of homes on the lake. Lots of water is accessible from Flambeau Lake as it is part of the Fence Lake Chain. The lake has good fishing, a nice bike trail that loops around it, and a real Northwoods feel. The clarity is great, checking in at about 20 feet. The shoreline of Flambeau Lake is almost twelve miles and a lot of it is undeveloped. There are less than five owners per mile of shoreline and there are twenty acres of water per owner on the lake.
