Lower Kaubashine is a gem of a little lake. It is fairly deep (16 ft avg), it has great water clarity (13 ft), it is pretty quiet, it has good fishing, and it is close to Minocqua (about 8 minutes). It checks off a lot of boxes on the list. There are about 18 owners per mile of shoreline. If you don't need to be on a big lake, Lower Kaubashine is definitely worth checking out.
