Phil Souzek

The Gold Bar team was lucky to have a family member who was one of many who participated in the Great Resignation. Cousin Phil joined the team in late 2022 and he has proven to be a great addition to the team. Prior to joining Gold Bar, he worked as an actuary at a consulting firm. He claims that meant he had to do a bunch of math on the spot – so if you ever talk to him, don’t be afraid to test him out. As you can see, he’s got a bigger family than me. This means you might see more kids and family activities in future blog posts.

Phil traded in his corporate life to help us deliver to all of you. When you need it, we’ll have an extra set of hands around to get the job done. We have also grown to look forward to Phil's analytic take on the market for lakefront properties.
